It may be that you are committed to resolving matters outside of the court but you do not feel comfortable to mediate or use the Parting Ways. Together service or these services are not appropriate in your circumstances. We can advise you, guide you and support you through the negotiation process:
- We will provide you with legal advice so that you understand the law relevant to your circumstances. We are dedicated to non-court dispute resolution. We understand how to negotiate pragmatically to ensure sensible but fair resolution. We will provide you with the parameters in which to negotiate and give you suggestions and options to take back to the mediation.
- We will produce your financial disclosure, review and analyse your partner/ex partner’s financial disclosure and advise you accordingly
- We will advise you when it is necessary to instruct a third party expert and liaise and negotiate with your ex partner/ their legal team in relation to this.
- Once we have all of the relevant information to allow us to constructively negotiate we will utilise one or more of the following to help you reach agreement:-
- Engage in communication putting forward settlement offers;
- Utilise round table meetings with your ex partner’s legal team to expedite settlement
- Engage in other forms of non-court dispute resolution to encourage settlement such as:-
- Early neutral evaluation
- Private FDR
- Arbitration
