Fixed Fee Family Law Packages

Clear, practical family law support for clients who want expert advice, transparent pricing and no surprises. Each package is designed to give you certainty about what is included, what the fixed fee is, and what outcome you can expect.

Separation & Divorce MOT — £600 plus VAT

A focused legal health check for separated or divorced clients who have existing agreements or orders in place. This package is ideal if circumstances have changed, if you are unsure whether existing arrangements still work, or if you simply want to understand your options before taking any next steps.

Best for:

  • Divorced or separated parents whose arrangements need checking or updating.
  • Previous clients who want a review following a change in circumstances.

What is included:

  • A 75-minute advice meeting.
  • Review of any relevant order, agreement or parenting plan.
  • Advice on child arrangements, school changes, holidays, relocation, new partners and communication issues where relevant.
  • A financial overview to identify any immediate issues or areas requiring further advice.
  • An update on relevant legal developments and clear recommendations.

Agreement, Review & Advice — £2,400 plus VAT

For clients who are in receipt of a draft agreement and would like confidence in knowing the document has been professionally reviewed ensuring that you understand the document, have confidence that the document protects you, whether anything important is missing, and what amendments should be made.

Suitable for:

  • Financial consent orders.
  • Child arrangements orders or parenting plans.
  • Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, separation or cohabitation agreements.

What is included:

  • Review of the draft agreement or order.
  • A 75-minute advice meeting to explain the legal effect, risks and practical implications.
  • A detailed letter of advice so you have a clear written record.
  • Up to two sets of amendments to the document.
  • Clear guidance on any further steps needed to finalise the agreement.

Bespoke Agreement Drafting — £4,000 plus VAT

A full drafting service for clients who need a clear, tailored agreement prepared from scratch. This package is designed to turn agreed principles or key instructions into a professionally drafted document that is practical, protective and easy to follow.

Suitable for:

  • Child arrangements orders or parenting plans.
  • Pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements.
  • Separation agreements.
  • Cohabitation agreements.

What is included:

  • A 75-minute advisory meeting to understand your objectives and to advise accordingly.
  • Review of relevant background information and where relevant financial information.
  • Drafting of the relevant agreement or order.
  • A detailed letter of advice explaining the document and any important considerations.
  • A follow-up meeting to go through the draft document and answer any questions.
  • Up to two sets of amendments.
  • Filing documents at court where relevant.

This package gives you a structured process, written advice and a professionally prepared document, so you know what is covered and what the next steps will be.

Financial Consent Order Package — POA

For couples who have already reached an agreement, or have the main terms agreed, and want that agreement turned into a properly drafted financial consent order. This can be provided on the basis of acting for one party only, or through the One Couple, One Lawyer service where appropriate.

The One Couple, One Lawyer option attracts an additional fixed fee of £400 plus VAT because both parties require an additional intake meeting.

What is included:

  • Review of the agreed terms and the financial disclosure or schedule of assets.
  • Advice on whether the agreement appears fair and workable.
  • Drafting the financial consent order.
  • A detailed letter of advice explaining the order and any key issues.
  • A review meeting to go through the documents.
  • Completion of the relevant court documents.
  • Court submission.
  • Up to two sets of amendments.

This package is intended to give clients peace of mind that their financial agreement has been properly prepared, explained and submitted, with a clear fixed fee from the outset.

We are committed to non-court dispute resolution and understand how fragile agreements can be.  We also understand how important it is that you understand what you are signing, the implications of the agreement and their effect on you.  This agreement will have significant and long-lasting ramifications and it is important that you are advised fully.

We offer fixed fee services to provide certainty. The fee is fixed dependant on complexity and will be discussed with you at the very outset of your matter to allow you to budget accordingly.

We do not offer legal aid.
