Our focus is on non-court dispute resolution.
We think it’s important that families work together at every stage of their journey through divorce or separation. Families who work together achieve better and fairer outcomes for themselves and for their children. Your marriage/ relationship may have ended but your role as co-parents has not. Parenting does not end when your children turn 18 or finish university. Your role as co-parents continues long into the future and we are here to support the early stages of your journey to help you resolve matters consensually and amicably so that you can be effective co-parents for many years into the future.
We offer various options to achieve a fair and sensible solutions:-
- Mediation: we facilitate discussions and negotiations providing you with information and options to help you to reach decisions.
- One couple. One Lawyer: One lawyer works with you both together. The lawyer advises you and guides you transparently and openly to allow you to achieve a sensible and fair outcome.
- Legal advice service. We work with and advise one of you only but work with the sensitivity needed when helping you, at whatever stage you are, to reach agreement in a balanced, respectful and sensible way.
